Browse products on the dashboard, add items to cart, select delivery address, and place your order.

What are the delivery timings?

We deliver fresh flowers daily before 8 AM. You can set your preferred delivery time in your profile.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel pending orders from the order details page. Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

How do I track my order?

Go to Orders page and click on any order to see detailed status and tracking information.

What if I receive damaged flowers?

Contact us immediately via support. We offer fresh flowers guarantee - we'll replace or refund.
